| Fire Prevention/Smokehouse Guidelines: |
| - | If you are interested in the smokehouse coming to your festival or community event, or to schedule a station tour, send an email to: fireprevention@cmvfr.org with the following information: date and time of the event, contact information, alternate day and time, audience that we will be teaching, and any other information needed to fulfill your request. |

| - | CMVFR reserves all rights to alter or change all fire prevention commitments if conflicts arise with day to day operations. |
|
| - | If resources are available we will take the smokehouse outside of our district. Donations are always welcome to help assist with these resources. |
|
| - | Requests that are not made two weeks in advance, will be declined. |
|
| - | We cannot honor requests before 9am on weekdays. |
